I truly believe that one of the most special things about our practice is indeed how our patients get treated. Our staff goes out of their way. I see it on a daily basis, and it makes me very proud to see that. And I hear it from my patients that they feel like that they’re cared for here.
We have all the best technologies, so we can do the highest quality of work. We use the best laboratories, and we also have an in-house laboratory where we can actually perform many of the things in a single day, which I think is one of the things that many of our patients love about our practice. We have many long-term patients here, many who have referred their family and friends. And we take a special pride in a referral from a family member or a friend of a patient because they will only send their loved ones to someone that they truly trust, and we take that as the highest compliment.
Woman 1: Susan, when you walk in, is just the absolute best greeter in the world. I don’t care where she was working, you would be happy to go there just because of her personality. And I don’t know if it’s because their technology is so modern, or if they’ve just been taught different, or if they’re just caring. It’s a total different atmosphere to come here than any other dentist’s office. Like I said, I drive over 40 miles one way just to come.
Woman 2: I have been to many dentists, had very traumatic experiences. I was constantly sick. And when I came here, it was between doing a full fixing of my teeth or dentures. They spent probably three months with me, and I would do it 10 times over again. Probably mostly not have nothing to do with vanity and everything to do with changing my health and my life.
Man: Well, as a man that’s had 20 surgeries, I’ve never felt more comfortable at a place that is in the medical field, of course, it being dentistry. The comfort, they make you feel relaxed, they make you feel part of the family. It’s never stressed out. You’re there, you’re relaxed. They talk to you about what’s going on, they tell you what to expect, so there’s no surprises. You know, if you’re gonna have a cavity, they’re gonna tell you they’re gonna numb you. If you’re having a cleaning, they’re gonna say, “Hey, be ready for this polishing.” Or, “I’m gonna shoot the air in your mouth and it’s gonna be a little cold.” Or, “Is this a little sensitive? Tell me how you feel. Wave your hand, communicate.”
So, they really engage the dental process. And I think that’s what makes it most comfortable for me anyway, is that I know what to expect. And if something’s not comfortable, I just simply tell them and they adjust, they explain, they take care of you. So, I recommend everybody come to Contemporary Dentistry.
