With a dental career that began in 1998, Tara Marshall, RDH, brings over 20 years of experience to the practice. A graduate of Diablo Valley College, she joined the Center for Contemporary Dentistry in 2005. After briefly stepping away to raise her family, she returned full-time in 2008 and has loved reconnecting with patients ever since. Tara is passionate about preventive care and values the bonds she has built with patients over the years. She enjoys outdoor adventures like off-roading, kayaking, and camping, as well as time at home with her family and two blue heeler puppies.
I have been working in the dental field since 1992, where I worked as an assistant in every branch of dentistry including orthodontics and oral surgery. I graduated from the Diablo Valley Dental Hygiene program in 2003, where I received the Distinguished Graduate Award.
I love working as a Dental Hygienist as it gives me a deep sense of purpose knowing that I make a positive impact on my patients lives by helping them improve not only their oral health but overall wellbeing. Spending this quality time with my patients has enriched my life. I enjoy following my patients’ lives, just as I enjoy sharing my own personal life with them. In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my 4 children. Fun fact – I was born in England and immigrated to the U.S. when I was 5!

As a Registered Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions, Rebecca Bash has been providing excellent care for over 20 years. She combines technical skill with compassion, helping patients feel comfortable and supported during treatment. Rebecca values the relationships she has built with patients over the years and the teamwork she shares with colleagues. Outside of work, she is a wife and mother of three, balancing family life on a small property with dogs, cats, sheep, and chickens. She also spends much of her free time at the ball field, cheering on and supporting her children’s sports activities.
Nikki Rose began her career in 2008 and has built her expertise over the years, including earning an advanced license through Sacramento City College in 2012. She is dedicated to ensuring patients feel valued, supported, and comfortable throughout their visits. Nikki is recognized for her upbeat energy and for creating strong patient connections. She finds fulfillment in making dental care a positive experience for everyone she serves. Beyond the practice, Nikki is a proud mom to three daughters and balances her professional dedication with family life. She also enjoys exploring her passion for true crime stories.
A San Francisco native with Filipino roots, Angelica Ibarra began her career in dentistry in 2015. Drawn to the field for its personal impact, she thrives on helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. In 2020, she and her family relocated to Vacaville, where she continues her work with the Center for Contemporary Dentistry. Angelica is known for her warmth, attentiveness, and ability to create positive patient experiences. Beyond the practice, she is devoted to her husband and their four children, balancing her professional passion with a busy and rewarding family life.
Luz Carbullido has nearly three decades of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. Known for her compassion and attention to detail, she is especially valued for her ability to connect with Spanish-speaking patients and make sure all feel understood and comfortable. Luz loves seeing patients gain confidence in their smiles and takes pride in supporting their journeys. Beyond her professional life, she is a wife and mother who has been married to her husband Steve for over 26 years. She is also proud of her two grown sons, Adrian and Cristian, and cherishes family time together.
With 24 years in dentistry, Kimberly Gelser, RDA, offers extensive expertise across a range of specialties. A graduate of Bryman College, she became a licensed RDA in 2017 and has worked in oral surgery, pediatrics, endodontics, and orthodontics, as well as general dentistry. Kim takes pride in supporting patients through their treatments and seeing their renewed confidence. Her approachable and caring style helps put patients at ease. At home, she enjoys gardening, baking, spending time with her boyfriend, and caring for her dog, Toby.
With two decades of experience, Ashley Cooper blends clinical and administrative knowledge in her role as Office Manager. Starting as an RDA, she gained hands-on insight before stepping into leadership. Ashley oversees scheduling, daily operations, and team coordination, ensuring each visit runs smoothly. She believes dental care should always be positive and stress-free, and she works tirelessly to make that a reality for patients. Colleagues and patients alike value her approachable leadership. Outside of dentistry, Ashley enjoys time with her husband and two children, often at sporting events where she is their biggest fan.
With more than 15 years in dentistry, Linda Lovelock brings both chairside and administrative expertise to her role as Patient Coordinator. She began as an RDA before transitioning to front office, where she now helps guide patients through their care. Linda finds fulfillment in making patients comfortable and celebrating the joy they feel when confident in their smiles again. Outside of work, she is a wife, mother, and grandmother who loves dancing, concerts, and creating custom nail art.
With nearly three decades of experience, Andrea Barry, RDA, has spent her career supporting patients and teams. A graduate of Western Career College, she began as a dental assistant before moving into treatment coordination, where she bridges clinical expertise with patient communication. Andrea ensures patients feel informed and confident about their treatment decisions. She values trust, connection, and clarity in every interaction. Outside the office, Andrea enjoys life with her two sons, spending time at their family cabin by the coast, and relaxing with friends.
